Information
Prior to booking services, a 30-minute consultation is required to ensure the intended outcomes are designed to meet your needs. During this free consultation, a needs-analysis will be conducted and you will receive a quote for services along with the option to book services within 1 to 3 business days following the initial, free consultation.
Professional Development
Professional development sessions can be provided virtually or in-person. Sessions can be tailored to individual groups and are designed to be thought-provoking and interactive, with the goal of participants leaving with actionable steps for meaningful implementation. These sessions are billed by the hour, requiring a 1-hour minimum presentation time, and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
Curriculum Development
Whether you are seeking help with culturally-appropriate lesson plans, or looking to completely redesign your curriculum, this service is intended to create learning experiences that are rooted in traditional ways of teaching and learning. Family Support Services
Designed to work with families 1-on-1. Meetings can be held virtually or in person. Whether you need assistance understanding and navigating Special Education services for your child, or just want to have a conversation to help grow your own understanding of school operations, the goal is to foster positive family engagement at school.
Policy Advising
From assistance creating a student, parent, or staff handbook to advising on school board, state, or national education policies. The goal of policy advisement is to ensure all local, state, and federal policies are followed while fostering inclusive, welcoming learning environments that help students feel safe and excited about coming to school to learn.
Instructional Coaching
Instructional Coaching can be provided virtually, in-person, or hybrid. Instructional coaching is not designed to be a "one and done" coaching session. The goal is to identify areas of need, provide ongoing monitoring of progress, and adapt along the way. Whether you are a teacher yourself looking for guidance, or an administrator looking to further the abilities of your whole team, instructional coaching is provided in an empathetic, non-evaluative, non-judgmental manner to facilitate meaningful growth to benefit students.
